Shipping policy
Rates. $7.95 flat rate on orders under $75. Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more.
Processing. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).
Delivery times. Each product page shows where the item ships from:
- Ships from the US: delivery usually 3–7 business days after processing.
- Ships from our overseas partners: delivery usually 8–12 business days after processing.
Delivery times are for US addresses and are estimates, not guarantees. If your order ships in more than one package, you won’t pay extra shipping.
Tracking. You’ll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delays. If we can’t ship your order within the time shown, we’ll email you with a new estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund.
