Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.
How to return
- Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the item you want to return. Please request the return before sending anything back. Parcels sent without an approved request can't be accepted.
- Once your return is approved, we'll email you the US return address and instructions.
- Ship the item back with tracking.
Return shipping
For size exchanges or change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer and original shipping fees are not refunded.
If your item arrived damaged, defective or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to send the item back.
Final sale
For hygiene reasons, tights can only be returned if the package is unopened.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the original item and place a new order.
